Custom Planning & Design
From our consultation, we now develop a custom floor plan and architecturally designed home. Planning and design is a process, and you will work closely with us on your design and use for the space including all details of your floor layout and materials selections.
Professional Quotation & Acceptance Form
We provide a full-out quotation that includes all significant expenditures with no surprises undertaken at a later stage. When you are happy with the professional quotation we will provide you with a professional agreement that outlines the journey we will take.
Build with internal quality control
We build your home using the best price of the best material and workmanship in the industry. We will monitor each phase, ensuring safety, efficiency and structural quality.
Reporting & site meetings
We will keep you in the loop with progress updates and photos of your new home as we progress. If you want to check on the status of your home, you can attend the site at certain stages of construction.
